Ease Flow is operated by Karalee Barbee. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Ease Flow purchases.

To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us through the support channel in the app and we'll help arrange it with Paddle.

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a renewal was charged unexpectedly, contact us or Paddle within 30 days and we will help.
