7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
